We at Rocky Mountain Food Factory, Inc. have been providing natural, nutritious, preservative free, high quality, delicious food since 1985 in the State of Colorado and other regions in the US. We are a USDA/FDA food inspected facility in Englewood, Colorado. Our food is marketed and distributed in major grocery chain stores, natural markets stores, cafeterias, restaurants, schools and other institutions.
For a brief introduction of our company, the owner Mercedes Huang has a Master’s degree in Food Science from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is also a minority owned WBE Enterprise and has 30 years of experience in industrial food manufacturing, research and product development combined.
We are SQF Certified with a long standing (HACCP) quality control program and our facility is rated in the top 5% of USDA plants for the food safety program in Colorado. We conduct onsite food testing for environmental and pathogenic contamination, and use state of the art processing techniques.
Our plant has also the capability of developing products from scratch, market testing and mass production into a marketable product, along with support in designing labels, nutrition facts and packaging. We are experts at proprietary recipe development and can offer a full spectrum menu.
